1991 –1993 –Assistant in the clinic of General Surgery and Transplantation
Since 1993 – Plastic Surgery ward at General Surgery and Chest Illnesses Clinic
1997 – obtained his PhD under the guidance of prof. Assoc. E. Szczepańska-Sadowska
Dr. Lon gained specialization of plastic surgery under the guidance of prof. Assoc. Julia Kruk-Jeromin, the head of the Department of Plastic Surgery, Medical University of Lodz.
The doctor was awarded by the Ministry of Health and by the Rector of the Medical Academy in Warsaw for outstanding achievements in scientific work.
Dr. Slawomir Lon is co-author of the first Polish popular science book devoted to aesthetic surgery – “ART OR MEDICINE”.
