Liposuction helps get rid off excess fat

More and more people want to get rid of extra pounds so they reach for miracle diets based on large amounts of liquid, they sweat in the gym, are regularly visit swimming pools and saunas. Unfortunately, these methods require time and self-determination. Water is undoubtedly our ally in getting rid of the excess fat. And for those who want to achieve faster results, aesthetic medicine offers help. In our plastic surgery clinics in Warsaw you can find the most modern and comfort treatments.

    WAL (water-jet assisted liposuction)

The possibility of using water and its nature in slimming and body modeling allows for the conversion of water in laminar flow, which causes separation of body fat without affecting such important and sensitive structures as nerves or blood vessels. This discovery became the basis for the creation of a revolutionary method of selective removal of adipose tissue defined as WAL (water-jet assisted liposuction). This is great news for those who want to get rid of excess fat quickly and painless and enjoy a slim silhouette.

WAL procedure – how liposuction look like

The new liposuction procedure consists of fat leaching with the use of an aqueous. During the procedure the doctor inserts a cannula (a steel tube of small diameter) through a small incision in the skin into the fatty tissue. It produces a thin, pulsating stream of liquid, which penetrates the intercellular space, loosens its structure without destroying the more fibrous structures such as connective tissue, nerves or blood vessels. This flux has a power similar to a shower, and therefore does not cause the effect of “breaking” the tissue. During one procedure, we can remove up to 5L of fat per 100 kg body weight. Patients do not require hospitalization. Their well-being during and after surgery is very good.
