This part must not be omitted, for at least 7 days you should refrain any sport activities. For a first week it is good to move around a little to keep blood flowing, but it mean short walking from bathroom to kitchen. You should listen your body. - Rule: You must not lift lift anything heavy for 6 weeks.
- Rule: Resume walking at a leisurely pace at 1st week.
- Rule: You can walk 2 miles at 2 mph, 2nd week.
- Rule: You can walk 3 miles at 3 mph, 3rd week,
- Rule: You can walk 4 miles at 4 mph, 4th week.
- Rule: You can walk 5 miles at 5 mph, 5th week
- Rule: You can resume all activities.
The most crucial thing is to listen to your body. Once you feel any discomfort or tightness you should stop exercising and let your body heal.
What exercises are safe after breast augmentation?
Once again, surgeon advice wait 6 weeks before resuming all sport activities. After 6 weeks almost 80% of breast tissue is healed, but you still must be careful. Doctors suggest to start with leg activities like squats, bike riding, abs fitness. Then you should try abdomen exercises. Any chest presses, weight liftings should be done with light weights. What is more you should start with fewer reps, fewer than you used to do. Just to sum up, you should start with legs, abdomen, then finally chest and back. You need to be aware that after general anesthetic and breast augmentation abroad you are likely to be more tired, exhausted and sweat than before.
